Concédese una subvención anual de cuatro mil pesos ($ 4.000), tanto a la Academia como a la Asociación mencionadas, a fin de que puedan atender a la formación de sendas bibliotecas, de revistas, premios anuales y demás gastos que impliquen el debido funcionamiento y el desarrollo de las referidas corporaciones.
