ARTICULO 172. Deducción tiempo por condena. El tiempo de condena privativa de la libertad personal, decretada por la Justicia Penal Militar o por la Ordinaria, no se considerará como de actividad para efectos del cómputo de tiempo de servicio a que se refiere el artículo 170 de este Decreto.
