º. Las Oficinas de Registro de la República abrirán un libro especial en que se anoten las escrituras y los documentos de prenda, dividido en dos secciones, una para aquéllas y otra para éstos.

Los Registradores cobrarán por emolumentos de la inscripción y de los certificados los mismos derechos que señala la ley para inscripciones y expedición de certificados.
