Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el artículo 139 del Decreto 2247 de 1984, para demostrar que existe controversia judicial entre los reclamantes de una prestación por causa de muerte, el Ministerio de Defensa o la Policía Nacional exigirán certificación expedida por el Juzgado competente, en que conste que fue admitida y debidamente notificada la demanda correspondiente.
