Artículo único. La suma de cien mil pesos ($ 100,000) oro anuales, reconocida al Departamento de Boyacá en las Leyes 2.ª de 1907 y 69 de 1909, por indemnización de las minas de esmeraldas de Muzo y Coscuez, no ha estado, ni queda sometida á reducciones de ningún género.
