º. Régimen contributivo. El régimen contributivo del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud se aplicará a aquellas personas que se afilien mediante el pago de una cotización o un aporte económico previo, el cual es financiado directamente por el afiliado o en concurrencia entre éste y su empleador. Este régimen será financiado exclusivamente por dicha cotización o aporte económico.
