La inspección de los libros y cuentas de la Compañía, de sus valores, documentos, comprobantes, etc., se permitirán únicamente a las entidades y autoridades que por la ley o por contratos tengan facultad de ejercerla, a los empleados del establecimiento cuyas funciones lo requieran y a los accionistas en los términos y condiciones de los artículos 580 y 587 del Código de Comercio.
