La Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil dentro de un término no superior a veinte (20) días, contados a partir de la respuesta al requerimiento, mediante acto administrativo motivado, adoptará la decisión que corresponda, la cual se notificará en los términos del Código Contencioso Administrativo. Contra esta decisión procede el recurso de reposición conforme con el citado código.
