De los Vicepresidentes . El Banco tendrá uno o más Vicepresidentes, según lo disponga la Junta Directiva a la cual corresponde nombrarlos y removerlos libremente en cualquier tiempo. Sus funciones serán las que le señalen la Junta Directiva y la Presidencia del Banco. Las personas encargadas de las Vicepresidencias podrán ser también designadas como suplentes del Presidente de la sociedad, de conformidad con estos Estatutos. CAPITULO OCTAVO. Sucursales y Agencias
