Las Entidades De Previsión Y Seguridad Social Efectuarán Los Trámites Correspondientes Ante El Ministerio De Hacienda Y Crédito Público, Con El Fin De Hacer Los Ajustes Pertinentes En Sus Presupuestos, A Efectos De Garantizar Las Partidas Necesarias Que Demande La Prestación, De Los Servicios Médicos A Los Servidores A Que Se Refiere El Presente Decreto

° Las entidades de Previsión y Seguridad Social efectuarán los trámites correspondientes ante el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, con el fin de hacer los ajustes pertinentes en sus presupuestos, a efectos de garantizar las partidas necesarias que demande la prestación, de los servicios médicos a los servidores a que se refiere el presente Decreto.

Parágrafo

Si la entidad a la cual estuvo vinculada el servidor público por última vez desapareciere, los trámites presupuestales corresponderán a aquella que haya asumido su función, o al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
