1Corresponde A Las Entidades De Previsión Y Seguridad Social A Las Cuales Se Encuentren Afiliados Los Servidores Públicos Que Sean Desvinculados Con Motivo De La Aplicación De Las Normas Expedidas En Ejercicio De Las Facultades Del Artículo 20 Transitorio De La Constitución Política, Continuar Prestando Los Servicios Médico-Asistenciales A Dichos Servidores Durante Los 18 Meses Siguientes A La Fecha De Su Desvinculación, Siempre Y Cuando Se Les Hubiese Diagnosticado Con Anterioridad, Una Enfermedad Crónica Degenerativa De Carácter Mortal A Corto Plazo2Las Entidades De Previsión Y Seguridad Social Efectuarán Los Trámites Correspondientes Ante El Ministerio De Hacienda Y Crédito Público, Con El Fin De Hacer Los Ajustes Pertinentes En Sus Presupuestos, A Efectos De Garantizar Las Partidas Necesarias Que Demande La Prestación, De Los Servicios Médicos A Los Servidores A Que Se Refiere El Presente Decreto3De Conformidad Con Las Normas Legales Sobre La Materia, Las Prestaciones Asistenciales Para Los Servidores Públicos Contemplados En El Presente Decreto, Se Otorgarán Con Arreglo A Lo Que Dispongan Los Reglamentos De Servicios Y Prestaciones Que Al Efecto Adopten Las Juntas Directivas De Las Entidades De Previsión Y Seguridad Social4El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
