Parágrafo 1

del articulo 8º del Decreto 1753 de 1994, quedará, así: "

Parágrafo 1

Salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo 12 del presente Decreto, las actividades de que trata este artículo que sean desarrolladas o adelantadas directa o indirectamente por las entidades territoriales son de competencia de la Corporación Autónoma Regional."
