Serán susceptibles del reajuste de que trata el artículo 5º de la Ley 11 de 1988 que se reglamenta, las pensiones que se hubieren causado con semanas cotizadas exclusivamente bajo este régimen de excepción o las consolidadas bajo el mismo régimen, con exclusión de otro. Las demás pensiones se reajustarán de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley 41 de 1976 y en las disposiciones que la modifiquen, adicionen o reformen.
