Artículo segundo. El Consejo pro Remodelación de Quibdó estará integrado por: 1° El Ministro de Justicia o su delegado; 2° El Ministro de Hacienda y crédito Público o su delegado. 3° El Ministro .de Desarrollo Económico o su delegado. 4° El Ministro de Agricultura o su delegado. 5° El Presidente de la Corporación Nacional para el Desarrollo del Chocó. 6° Un Senador y un Representante elegidos por la Comisión de la Mesa Directiva de cada una de las Cámaras legislativas.

Parágrafo

El Consejo, será presidido por el Ministro de Justicia o su delegado y estará adscrito a ese Despacho.
