ARTICULO 137 . Facultades del sindicado . Para los fines de su defensa, el sindicado tiene los mismos derechos de su defensor, excepto la sustentación del recurso de casación. Cuando existan peticiones contradictorias entre el sindicado y su defensor, prevalecerán estas últimas.
