Tiempo Doble

Tiempo doble. Para efectos del tiempo doble a que se refiere el artículo 37 del Decreto 2277 de 1979 se consideran como Escuela Unitaria, Escuela Nueva y establecimientos educativos situados en áreas rurales de difícil acceso o poblaciones apartadas, los que como tales aparezcan en las resoluciones expedidas por las Juntas Seccionales de Escalafón y refrendadas por la Junta Nacional. El tiempo de servicio prestado por los educadores con título docente en los territorios nacionales (intendencias y comisarías) se les tomará como doble para efectos de ascenso en el escalafón.

Parágrafo

Para el reconocimiento del tiempo doble en estos establecimientos educativos se requiere que el docente desempeñe o haya desempeñado sus funciones en ellos.
