El cálculo del ahorro operacional y los ingresos corrientes de la presente Ley se realizará con base en las ejecuciones presupuestales soportadas en la contabilidad pública del año inmediatamente anterior, con un ajuste correspondiente a la meta de inflación establecida por el Banco de la República para la vigencia presente.
