Ceder al Departamento de la Guajira, por el término de cinco (5) años, el 1.8% del producto bruto de las regalías nacionales, provenientes de la explotación del gas en territorio de dicho Departamento y en la plataforma continental adyacente al mismo. El producto de tal cesión se destinará exclusivamente a la financiación del Proyecto de Construcción del Acueducto Regional de los Municipios de Maicao, Manaure y Uribia.
