El personal Militar en servicio activo, que fuere destinado o trasladado, dentro del territorio de la Republica, tendrá derecho para sí a la liquidación de pasajes y auxilio de marcha, desde la guarnición o Base donde presta sus servicios, hasta el lugar donde haya sido trasladado o destinado; y para su familia, a los pasajes por el mismo recorrido.
