Los créditos de que trata el artículo anterior podrán llegar en conjunto hasta quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000.00), pero cada uno de ellos individualmente no podrá ser superior a veinticinco mil pesos ($ 25.000.00) y tendrán la garantía del Gobierno Nacional, en las condiciones que se determinen en los contratos celebrados entre el mismo Gobierno y el Banco Popular, S. A.
