Concédese, por una sola vez, a la señora María del Carmen Carbonell de Moreno, viuda del Teniente-coronel Jose de Jesus Moreno, y a sus hijas las señoritas María de Jesus, Margarita é Inés Moreno, la recompensa de mil doscientos pesos ($ 1,200), que les será pagada íntegramente y en moneda legal.
