El Gobierno procederá a dictar las medidas necesarias para el cumplimiento de esta Ley, siendo de cargo de la Nación todos los gastos referentes a construcción, instalación y funcionamiento del mencionado Colegio. Destínase la suma de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000.00) para estos efectos.
