Los Jueces de Circuito conocen en primera instancia de los siguientes asuntos de carácter criminal:

1º De las cáusas de responsabilidad contra los empleados públicos que no deben ser juzgados por otra autoridad.

2º De los delitos contra la propiedad cuya cuantia sea mayor de c iento cincuenta pesos, sin pasar de trescientos.

3º De los delitos de hurto y robo de ganado mayor cuya cuantía sea de trescientos pesos o menos.

4º De los delitos de mudanza o alteración de los términos o linderos; y

5º En general, de todos los delitos cuyo conocimiento no esté atribuído a otra autoridad.
