Art. 2.° El Secretario del Juez nacional de primera instancia, el Agente fiscal, el Prefecto y los Corregidores del Territorio, formarán un inventario de los expedientes, documentos, libros & a de las respectivas oficinas, así como de los útiles y enseres de las mismas, y los entregarán á los empleados ó comisionados que el Gobierno del Estado de Santander nombre con el objeto de recibir el Territorio. Comuníquese al Prefecto del Territorio y al Gobierno Ejecutivo de Santander.
