º . Puertos de Colombia estará dirigida y administrada por los siguientes órganos y funcionarios

a)

Por una Junta Directiva;

b)

Por un Gerente General;

c)

Por las Juntas Administradoras Locales;

d)

Por los Gerentes de los Puertos, y

e)

Por las demás dependencias y funcionarios que la Junta estime conveniente para la adecuada marcha de la entidad. Junta Directiva.
