º Sede y estructura de la Organización Internacional del Café

1.

La Organización Internacional del Café, establecida en virtud del Convenio Internacional del Café de 1962, continuará existiendo a fin de administrar las disposiciones de este Convenio y supervisar su funcionamiento.

2.

La Organización tendrá su sede en Londres, a menos que el Consejo, por mayoría distribuida de dos tercios, decida otra cosa.

3.

La Organización ejercerá sus funciones por intermedio del Consejo Internacional del Café, la Junta Ejecutiva, el Director Ejecutivo y el personal.
