Artículo segundo. El incumplimiento de la obligación establecida en el presente Decreto dará lugar para que el ICFGES y el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, se abstengan de tramitar dentro del año siguiente la vencimiento del término que se haya fijado para suministrar la información, cualquier solicitud que presente o haya presentado la institución.
