En ningún caso el autor o los copartícipes del delito de secuestro, en cualquiera de sus modalidades, podrá ser beneficiado con amnistías e indultos o sus consecuentes de cesación de procedimiento o auto inhibitorio, ni podrá considerarse el secuestro como delito conexo con el delito político, dada su condición de atroz.
