ARTICULO 25 . Las empresas de transporte autorizadas realizarán el transporte público terrestre automotor de carga con vehículos de servicio público, ya sean propios, de socios o de terceros. Cuando los vehículos sean de socios o de terceros, el servicio se prestará bajo la forma contractual establecida en el artículo 983 del Código de Comercio o de cualquier otra lícitamente válida.
