Las licencias de locutor expedidas por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones con diez o más años de anterioridad a la vigencia del presente decreto, serán sustituidas así: Las licencias clase A, por licencias de Primera (I) clase. Las licencias clase B, por licencias de Segunda (II) clase. Las licencias clases C y D, por licencias de Tercera (III) clase.
