Exoneración de aportes parafiscales. Siempre que se cumplan los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 114-1 del Estatuto Tributario, los contribuyentes del SIMPLE estarán exonerados de realizar los aportes parafiscales de que trata el artículo 114-1 del Estatuto Tributario, incluyendo los aportes al sistema de seguridad social en salud.
