al artículo 18 del Decreto número 3486 de 1981:

Parágrafo

No habrá lugar a estudio de solicitud de aplicación del caso singular cuando el respectivo establecimiento educativo hubiere sido objeto del mismo tratamiento para los dos años escolares inmediatamente anteriores.
