Art. 16. Toda provocación por alguno de los medios expresados en el artículo 14, dirigida a la fuerza pública con el fin de desviarla de los deberes de su oficio y de la obediencia que deben a sus Jefes en todo que les ordenan para la ejecución de las leyes y reglamentos militares, será castigada con prisión de diez días a dos meses o con multa de veinte a cien pesos.
