Modifíquese el inciso cuarto del artículo 85 del Decreto 2147 de 2016, el cual quedará así: "La sanción aplicable para los numerales 1, 7 Y 9 será la de multa equivalente a mil (1.000) unidades de valor tributario (UVT) por cada infracción. La reincidencia en cualquiera de estas conductas, dentro de los cinco (5) años siguientes dará lugar a la pérdida de la calificación".
