La reincidencia en las faltas contempladas en los artículos 87, 88, 89 y 90 del presente Decreto dentro de los doce (12) meses siguientes a la fecha de ejecutoria de la providencia que imponga la sanción, dará lugar a duplicar la multa. CAPITULO III Sanciones a la persona natural o jurídica dedicada al turismo por infracciones al estatuto nacional del transporte público terrestre automotor de pasajeros por carretera y a las empresas de servicio especial.
