ARTICULO 47. División de Prestaciones Sociales. Son funciones de la División de Prestaciones Sociales

Diseñar y proponer los métodos y procedimientos para el reconocimiento y pago de las prestaciones sociales.

Liquidar y tramitar las prestaciones sociales, subsidios y demás auxilios en la forma y oportunidad señalada en las disposiciones vigentes.

Elaborar y tramitar las disposiciones sobre reconocimiento y pago de prestaciones sociales.

Actualizar la información sistematizada sobre prestaciones sociales.

Las demás que le determinen la ley y los reglamentos.
