Los Oficiales de reserva, tanto de las armas como de los servicios, pasarán a la guardia nacional, y de ésta a la territorial cuando cumplan la edad fijada por la ley; no obstante, en caso de guerra, continuarán en las Unidades a que hayan sido destinados si así conviene a las necesidades del servicio.
