ARTICULO 25. <Ver Notas del Editor> <Artículo modificado por el artículo 1 del Decreto 3074 de 1968. El nuevo texto es el siguiente:> La cesación definitiva de funciones se produce en los siguientes casos
Por declaración de insubsistencia del nombramiento ;
Por renuncia regularmente aceptada;
Por supresión del empleo;
Por retiro con derecho a jubilación;
Por invalidez absoluta;
Por edad;
Por destitución ; y
Por abandono del cargo.
