El Tribunal Nacional del Deporte estará integrado por cinco (5) magistrados nombrados por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional de ternas presentadas por la Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte (Coldeportes) todas deberán ser personas de reconocida solvencia moral y, por lo menos, tres (3) serán abogados titulados y residir en Santafé de Bogotá, domicilio del Tribunal.
