Además De Las Prestaciones Sociales Establecidas Por La Ley, Los Empleados Y Trabajadores Del Sena, Con Las Excepciones Que Se Indican En El Artículo 35, Tienen Derecho A Las Siguientes Prestaciones Que Han Venido Disfrutando Con Anterioridad Al Presente Estatuto, Son A Saber: 1

Además de las prestaciones sociales establecidas por la Ley, los empleados y trabajadores del SENA, con las excepciones que se indican en el artículo 35, tienen derecho a las siguientes prestaciones que han venido disfrutando con anterioridad al presente Estatuto, son a saber

1.

Prima de Matrimonio;

2.

Prima semestral;

3.

Prima por nacimiento de un hijo;

4.

Prima de educación;

5.

Prima de Antigüedad (quinquenal);

6.

Auxilio de entierro de familiares;

7.

Auxilio de entierro de empleados;

8.

Auxilio por enfermedad;

9.

Auxilio por anteojos;

10.

Seguro Social;

11.

Préstamos por calamidad doméstica;

12.

Seguro de Vida.
