Articulo 76. Del permiso remunerado . Todo funcionario del Sistema Nacional de Salud podrá solicitar permiso remunerado hasta por tres (3) días, siempre que medie justa causa. Corresponderá al Jefe del organismo, o a los funcionarios en quienes le delegue esta facultad, autorizar o negar tales permisos.
