Las y los integrantes del nuevo movimiento político que surja del tránsito de las FARC-EP a la actividad política legal, tendrán presunción de riesgo extraordinario de acuerdo a criterios razonables presentados por sus representantes ante la Mesa Técnica. El nuevo movimiento político tendrá presunción de riesgo extraordinario.
