Artículo trece. La Superintendencia Bancaria reglamentará lo relativo a la custodia de los títulos o valores de cobertura de los bonos de garantía específica. No será obligatoria la intervención de fideicomisario para la emisión, colocación, etc., de bonos de garantía general y específica de las corporaciones financieras.
