Si la derivación solicitada se va a destinos para usos industriales (trapiches, aserríos, etc.), además de los requisitos que exige este decreto, el interesado deberá presentar un informe de la caída disponible, potencia disponible en la rueda o turbina, en caballos de vapor, potencia efectiva en H. P. Del motor y cálculo de esta potencia en relación con la clase de trabajo industrial a que está destinada.
