Articulo 26. La totalidad de los accionistas, personalmente o representados en la forma prevista en estos estatutos, podrá constituirse en cualquier momento en Asamblea General, sin necesidad de convocación o citación, y podrá ejercer todas las funciones que a la Asamblea competen.
