Para el cumplimiento del artículo 12 del presente Reglamento, el Instituto de Seguros Sociales determinará la cuantía de los aportes patrono - laborales y la que debe subsidiar el Gobierno Nacional. El Instituto hará conocer anualmente al Departamento Nacional de Planeación y al Ministerio de Hacienda, el valor del aporte a cargo del Gobierno Nacional.
