ARTICULO 11 . Protección de víctimas y testigos . La Fiscalía General de la Nación dentro de la actuación penal proveerá la protección y asistencia a las víctimas, testigos y demás intervinientes en el proceso que lo requieran, para garantizar el restablecimiento del derecho y la cooperación judicial plena y libre.
