Art. 80. Es prohibido a los padres o guardadores de los niños, y en general a todo individuo, dirigir reconvenciones a los Maestros de escuela, especialmente en presencia de sus alumnos ó de personas extrañas. Cuando ocurran tales casos, el Alcalde ó el Inspector de Policía hará respetar al Maestro. Las quejas contra el Maestro deben presentarse por escrito al Inspector local. El que contraviniere á esta disposición sufrirá una multa de $... que le impondrá el Inspector local.
