Los patrimonios autónomos y los encargos fiduciarios a que hace referencia el presente capítulo no implicarán en ningún caso conmutación de obligaciones pensionales ni su constitución eximirá a las entidades territoriales de las responsabilidades que les incumben en razón de las mismas.
