En caso de liquidación del Comisariato se deducirá de sus activos previamente la suma correspondiente al 15% del fondo de garantía de prendas y ahorro que se le hubiere entregado. El remanente de la liquidación, si lo hubiere, será traspasado, como auxilio especial, a la Caja de Protección Social de la Policía Nacional, para ser incorporado a su patrimonio.
